Sanare has signed the first contract with Pre-Oncology Services (PRECOS) at the University of Nottingham, marking the beginning of the preclinical phase. The signed contract includes a new series of tests of the twelve peptides on breast cancer cell lines in vitro, including the Tamoxifen-resistant TMX2-28, and normal cell lines, followed by in vivo distribution studies including half-life experiments of the peptides. Continuing over the New Year, the tests will move into in vivo therapeutic studies and pilot toxicity studies on live models. The first session of the pre-clinical phase will extend to February 2008.
