Sanare A.S. recently isolated from the blood of a female patient with breast cancer a cocktail of 12 bioactive peptides, after a specific stimulation of the bodys self-repairing mechanisms. The bioactive peptides reduce MCF7 colonies within 3 hours to 50%, at an optimal concentration of 150uM. Within 24 hours 100% of the colony of MCF7 is dead. The bioactive peptides range from 9 to 33 aminoacids and are fragments of various anti-cancer proteins. The peptides have shown potent effects also on the colon cancer cell type HCT116, breast cancer T47D and the tamoxifen resistant breast cancer cell TMX228. |
